Örnsköldsvik Pride, Sweden -14th-15th of August 2026

The Rainbow Week in Örnsköldsvik started back in 2005 and is a collaboration between the municipality and several organizations. The initiative was taken to make the city more open and LGBTQ+ friendly.

During the week, activities such as lectures, culture, discussions and meeting places are organized where issues of rights, norms and inclusion are in focus. The week brings together both residents and stakeholders in a joint effort for a more inclusive society.

Over time, the Rainbow Week has become an important platform for knowledge, visibility and change in Örnsköldsvik.
