Umepride, Sweden, 25th - 27th of September 2026

Umeå Pride, often referred to as Umepride, is an annual Pride festival organized in Umeå since 2005. The festival is currently run by the non-profit organization Queerförvaltningen.

The event lasts for several days, usually at the end of September, and includes lectures, culture, meeting places and parties. The Pride parade is a central part and gathers both participants and audience from all over the region.

Umeå Pride aims to strengthen the rights of LGBTQ+ people and create a safe and inclusive place for both the community and allies. At the same time, the festival serves as a platform for conversations about democracy, equality and social development.
