Right to return goods (swedish law)
According to the "Distance and Doorstep Selling Act", you as a consumer (this is not company) have the right to terminate the agreement by giving notice to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. For you to be able to use your right to cancel your order you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When exercising the right of return and cancel, it is you who is responsible for return postage.

Delivery time
Normally, we send all orders the same day or the day after we have received the payment, depending on where in Sweden you live shipment takes 1-3 days.
If you choose advance payment option add 1-2 days depending on the bank you have, the bank's management.
Delivery damage
If goods are damaged in transit, immediately report this when you pick up the shipment. If you do not discover this until you get home, let us know via email immediately.
Unclaimed package
If you choose not to pick up your item from us and the packet is returned by the shipping company, we reserve the right to charge you 350 SEK to cover shipping, return shipping and administrative costs. We will then send out an invoice payable within 10 days net.
Complaints
We check all items before we send them out, but would the goods be damaged or otherwise defective or you received the wrong product or the wrong number, so please contact us immediately by e-mail so that we can correct the fault, info@pappersmarknad.se.
